Mr. Yuhana Taji 

         Manager Director

Yuhana joined H.S.I  and is currently a Managing Director of the firm. He is a business leader who has decades of experience and has played a vital role in expanding his business in the world. He brings openness in its path with purpose and steps forward with others to drive success and change through his dedication, hard work, and good management skills. Outside of H.S.I, Yuhana spends significant time on the non-profit organizations that connect public school children with free social, emotional, health and enrichment programs.

Mr.  Jim Tonson 

            Manager Director

  Jim joined H.S.I and is currently a Managing Director of the firm.  Jim was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the N.American Finance Group in his state.
Jim also functioned as he was an analyst in the Equity Capital Markets and Asset Management Groups at his private company.
Jim is head of H.S.I’s Capital Markets Groups. In this role, he leads the firm’s capital markets activities as part of the transaction teams and manages key financing and banking relationships.

 Mrs.  Dina Steinmann

            Manager Director

Dina joined H.S.I as a Managing Director, Leadership Talent & Diversity and manages the identification and recruitment of Leaders, Strategy CEOs, and management teams, she also has held business strategy and consulting roles at and strategic human capital and talent management.

She was previously a Director of past investments and Rural Broadband Investments.

Our business is managed exclusively by professionals with many years of experience. The focus of expertise lies in finance, trade, and control of the work, Individual project managers also possess additional qualifications that can be purposefully integrated into client support. Depending on the task, a target is set for the respective project manager after the pre-presentation and in coordination with the client. Depending on the scope of the project, other H.S.I employees are included in the project work, also after pre-presentation and in coordination with the client. The goal is to reduce the scope of consulting activity or staff commitment to a minimum in order to ensure an appropriate relationship between the success of the consulting and the efforts made at all times.
